Harmony Mohr, B.S., B.A. (she/her)

Harmony is currently a Clinical Trials Proposals Analyst at ACM Global Laboratories, where she develops contracts and proposals for pharmaceutical clinical research trials. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016 with a B.S. in Neuroscience and a B.A in Sociology, and with certification in the Conceptual Foundations of Medicine. Harmony then worked as a research project assistant for several NIMH-funded studies at the University of Pittsburgh, and as a conference and social media coordinator for the North American Society for the Study of Personality Disorders (NASSPD). Previous roles have also included: team leader and corps member for the early education program Jumpstart, preschool teacher, and intern for Head Start. Harmony's interests have included clinical trials management, early development, emotion regulation, and personality disorders. She is currently exploring a clinical trials research career outside of academia.

Harmony worked with Dr. Vine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, when Harmony was a project assistant and Dr. Vine was serving as a postdoc there. Dr. Vine mentored her in a variety of ways, including teaching her psychophysiological coding and reliability, offering professional development skills and career advice, and mentoring her from start to finish on co-authored poster presentations, the peer review process, and co-authored publications. Dr. Vine was a pillar of support and advice during Harmony's time in the lab regarding any topic, and even acted as a great gardening buddy!
